Rates (in US Dollars ) 2 night minimum $300 refundable security deposit Cleaning fee $100 (waived if over three nights) Negotiate rates if over 45 nights	Payments We accept personal and business checks, traveler's checks, and major credit cards (additional 3% processing fee for PayPal and Credit Cards) Reservations will be held seven (7) days pending reciept of deposit and remittance of signed contracts.
Policies Smoking is not permitted in the home or on the premises No pets allowed The home and premises are not child proof so young children are not recommended
