Mail-in Agreement / Contract
Rates (in US Dollars )
- 2 night minimum
- $300 refundable security/damage deposit
- Non refundable cleaning fee $100 for main house(waived if 3 or more nights.)
- Non refundable cleaning fee $125 when bunk house opened
- Up to 8 people $250 a night
- 9 - 12 $350 a night (opens bunk house)
- Special: 1-2 people, $170/nt (sharing same bedroom)
- Rent 6 nights get 7th night free

Payment Schedule
- We accept personal and business checks, traveler's checks, and major credit cards using PayPal (additional 3% processing fee when using PayPal)
- Reservations will be held seven (7) days pending receipt of deposit and remittance of signed contracts.
- If more than 60 days prior to check in date, $300 security/damage deposit plus cleaning fee (when applicable), due within
7 days of inquiry to reserve booking. 50% of remaining fee due 45 days prior to arrival then remaining balance due 30 days
prior to arrival date.
- If less than 60 days, 50% of the rental total is required within 7 days of inquiry to reserve booking. The balance is due 30
days before your arrival date.
- If less than 30 days of check- in date, payment must be paid in full within 7 days of inquiry to reserve booking.
If less than 7 days payment must be made in full with cash, cashiers check, or postal money order. Photo I.D.
Credit card using PAYPAL is available.

Policies
- Smoking is not permitted in the home or on the premises
- No pets allowed
- The home and premises are not child proof so young children are not recommended
